Police still looking for public assistance to locate 39 year-old woman – new info available

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service continues to seek the public’s assistance to locate Mary Papatsie, an Ottawa resident last seen in late April 2017.

Investigators have learned that Mary may have been wearing black jogging pants, a brown t-shirt and blue and orange flip flop sandals when she was last seen. She may also have been carrying a purple and black backpack filled with other clothing.

The investigation has been turned over to the Major Crime Section.

Missing 39 year-old Woman

(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is requesting the assistance of the public to locate Mary Papatsie, a 39 year-old Ottawa woman.

PAPATSIE was last seen in Ottawa late April 2017.

She is described as:

Inuit woman
Measuring 5’2″ (157 cm) to 5’3″(160 cm)
140 (64 kg) to 160 pounds (73 kg)
Has long straight brown hair
Has a scar above the left eye from a piercing
No tattoos
