UINR: Lifetime Achievement Award Presented

On January 28, 2016 Charlie Joe Denniswas posthumously awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia for his outstanding contributions to the Nova Scotia aquaculture industry, the province of Nova Scotia, the community of Eskasoni, and the Mi’kmaw nation as a whole.
Charlie’s widow Helen Dennis accepted the award that recognized Charlie’s life-long passion and involvement in the Bras d’Or Lakes and oyster aquaculture.
